098: The Number 1 Thing You’re Likely Skipping Over to Create Your Most Productive and Peaceful Months

Summary

In this episode Sasha shares a little known secret to really nailing productivity and peacefulness in motherhood.

Baselines are so important for understanding ourselves and how were created. Have you ever considered how our bodies were so intricately designed and how we could benefit from getting inline with our natural flow?

Women and mothers everywhere are constantly asking how to find more balance in life. Sasha speaks to harmony over balance. The number 1 way to get in line with that harmony is to jump aboard the harmony our body already flows with in our hormones.

Cycle Syncing is a thing not a lot of women know about nor focus on, but it can have profound effects on how we show up in this life, and how our productivity and peace flows.

Tune in to learn more about the 4 phases of our monthly cycles, how we can structure our monthly schedules to sync to our flow, and what kinds of activities and todo’s (including what foods and workouts) are best for us during each phase.

  1. Sasha, thanks for breaking down the changes our bodies go through in each phase. I’ve talked with you before about cyclical effects I noticed in myself and how disruptive it is to being peaceful and productive… While I knew hormones played a big part, I did not realize there were four cycles ~ each with different needs and effects. Having it explained in this way really resonates because looking back I was able to recognize the individual cycles and how each felt for me, as well as ways to help me bring body, mind and Spirit into harmony. Thank you, thank you, thank you!… Christy Bryan
